- 1 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder
- 3-4 tbsp peanut oil or any frying oil
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup

- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

- Heat peanut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the chicken evenly to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes before stirring. Continue to cook until crispy and golden on all sides.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside once fully cooked.
- Lower the heat in the same pan and add pineapple juice, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
