Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ΒΌ cup sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until you achieve a smooth texture. You can strain the mixture if you prefer it seedless.
  2. Pour the yogurt mixture into two Ninja Creami pints and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, insert the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the Lite Ice Cream setting. The texture might appear powdery, which is expected. Perform 1-2 Respin cycles until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve right away with your choice of toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Using plain Greek yogurt will give a tangy flavor, while vanilla adds a sweet note.
If you’re using frozen raspberries, there’s no need to thaw them before blending.
