Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted; or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 2 cups Pistachios (without shells)
  • 1/4 cup Avocado oil (or more as needed)
  • 1/4 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 4 oz Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios (without shells; chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, Besti sweetener, and sea salt, and whisk together thoroughly.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, then press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish.
  4. Place the crust into the freezer while preparing the filling.

Notes

Chilling the crust is essential for a firmer texture.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener as per your taste.
Using coconut oil instead of butter makes this recipe dairy-free.
