Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups frosted flakes cereal, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using disposable gloves, form each scoop of ice cream into a ball.
  3. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  4. In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the crushed frosted flakes and cinnamon. Sauté until the cereal is toasted and browned, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Remove the ice cream balls from the freezer and roll them in the toasted cereal, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality vanilla ice cream.
Experiment with different toppings like chocolate sauce or fruit preserves.
Make sure the ice cream balls are completely frozen to avoid melting during frying.
