Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz scallops, fresh or defrosted
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. Dry the scallops on paper towels, ensuring the outside is well-dried.
  3. Season each scallop with salt and pepper.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and lay the scallops inside, making sure they are not touching.

  6. After 3 minutes, flip the scallops and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Open the basket and brush some butter on each scallop. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes for a total of 7 minutes (cooking time may vary based on scallop size).
  8. Serve the scallops over cooked butter noodles and drizzle the remaining butter mixture on top.

Ensure scallops are thoroughly dried to achieve a nice sear.
Adjust cooking time based on the size of the scallops for best results.
